HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
At the moment we operate out of a warehouses in (Houston, TX), with partners in North America, Europe and Asia; we ship based on available inventory; closest warehouse to customer’s address.
Packages will be shipped by USPS, DHL, ePacket or through EMS depending on the weight or size of the product and the location of the delivery.
Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the product shipping details for available Shipping Methods for your address.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Once a shipping number has been issued an order can not be cancelled; however it may be returned after receipt in accordance with out return policy.

For some international shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Normally you will receive your order in 7-14 business days from the date that it is placed.

Domestic shipping options
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International shipping options
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 14-28 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Express delivery usually arrives within 2-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
International shipping restriction
- Delivery is not available for Post Office boxes.
- Gift Card delivery to International addresses is not available.
- Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding E-Gift Certificate) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.
